Established in 1998 from a partnership between an American, Ben Wilson, and a Vietnamese, Ms. Luong Thi Huong.  

Children of Vietnam (COV) focuses on children with disabilities, education, healthcare, housing, nutrition, and single mothers.  

Panthera began working with COV in 2019 by supporting a COV university student.
